  1. I really think you should open a support ticket with UD. They are very helpful and usually respond quickly.
  2. You could open a support ticket with UD and have them take a look, but it does sound like you are maxed out. The good news is updating to Pro is just a software module to purchase from the UD store. You could even ask the help desk if they would issue a refund if the upgrade doesn't correct the situation.
  3. Maybe you should open a support ticket with UD.
  4. From the Wiki: Upgrading from 300 Series If you are upgrading from the 300 series, make sure you do: Z-Wave | Tools | Backup File | Backup ISY Follow the assembly instructions to swap the Z-Wave dongle with the 500 series version Upgrade to 5.2.0 or above Z-Wave | Restore The full instructions are below: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Ordering/Assembly_Instructions

  6. Check Help - About, do you have a "Pro" unit. If not, you may have hit a built in limitation of the device.
  7. Check your router for that IP address.
  8. Have you checked your error log to see what else maybe going on? I have a Schlage zwave door lock and utilize an Aeotec repeater without an issue.
  9. Here is some troubleshooting guides from the Wiki, try going down the list: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Help
  10. If you have Have correctly installed as @MrBillsuggested, then it's most likely a firewall issue. Look in the Wiki here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Closes_Automatically

@Jimbois currently working on an Elk Nodeserver. It is currently undergoing testing. I am not sure if he is ready to open it up to additional tester yet. What I can tell is if you have an Elk, it will be worth the wait.
  12. Here is the link:

Have you added any new electronics around that time frame? It wouldn't hurt to power down the ISY, factory reset the devices and try again. Use the add method that requires you to type in the Insteon ID.

What firmware version are you running? Make sure your firmware and UI match or better yet, be sure to use ISY Launcher.
  15. Yes, and you also get the Network Module included. The portal will also allow easier connection from apps to your ISY without having to port forward.
  16. You would need a subscription to the UD portal. Here is some information: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Installation_Instructions
  17. You can also use one of the ISY apps (UD Mobile, Agave, Mobilinc) for lighting control instead of the Insteon apps. This will allow for more interaction when wanted with all ISY nodes.
  18. That's good for now, thank you.
  19. Javier, You have nested icons that can be used for folders and nodes. Do you have a listing of what icons are available? It takes a while to look through all of them without knowing exactly what is available.
  20. Out of curiosity, does your firmware and UI match? Are you using the ISY Launcher?
  21. See factory reset: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Resetting_Your_ISY
  22. For starters, are you using a 994i ISY? If you are on a previous version of ISY none of the current stuff is supported, as it is end of life. Do you know what firmware version you are running now? How do you normal access your ISY? Is it from ISY Launcher? If you are using ISY Launcher, then when you click on your ISY it lets you choose to load Dashboard or Admin Console. If you are accessing it from a IP address go to Help - About from the menu. If you are accessing from the portal, go to Select Tools - ISY Web Access then Help - About. Once we know your firmware version, we can give you more instructions. To use UD Mobile app you need to be running v5 firmware. If you are still on v4 firmware, updating to v5 takes a bit of prep time and some verification time after the upgrade. However, there is another app from the same author called Go2ISY which will run on v4 firmware. Also, you should be using the ISY Launcher to access your ISY. The Launcher will select the correct UI so you don't need to worry about updating the admin console part, which really is UI related. To use the Launcher go to the upgrade post for your firmware version and follow instructions to download and install Launcher.
  23. Try right clicking the device and look in the menu for something "neighbors". This will update the association.
  24. When was the last time you did a hard reboot of the device running your nodeserver? If it's been awhile maybe try rebooting it by powering it down.
