Hi ravedog, You are 100% justified in feeling frustrated. This must be resolved and as soon as possible. Can you please make sure your backup/restore always works? This is odd since they use the same exact object (Util.FileUtils). I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel

Hello telljcl, Unfortunately none of those functions (especially configuring the thermostat) are available through ELK APIs. We have basically implemented all the APIs related to thermostats. This is precisely the reason why you had to use relays before ... i.e. the APIs do not support these features. I am so very sorry. Please note that we have 30 day full money back guarantee on all our products. If this is not meeting your requirements, please send an email to sales@universal-devices.com and request for a refund. Again, I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Ralf, The syntax: http://userid:password@xyz is translated by browsers into HTTP headers (Authorize) ... I do not think UBI is doing that. I think it's just sending the URL as is. Are there any outputs/error logs for these commands? With kind regards, Michel

Hi drummer440, The first thing you need to do is to make sure ComEd actually allows you to connect a HAN device to the meter. If not, there's really no point in doing anything else. Do you already have a 994iZS Series? With kind regards, Michel

Hi jmed999, The best thing to do is: 1. Use the Find/Replace menu item on My Programs and look for ALL programs that have Bedroom Lights in the Then section 2. For all those programs, create a little notification If you don't get any notifications, then the problem is probably related to a link in one/more of your devices. And, as always, please do not hesitate to contact our support if we can be of further assistance. With kind regards, Michel

Hi LeeG, thank you. Unfortunately the UI from the device itself will not work. Hi alfa, please contact our tech support (links below) for more expeditious resolution. With kind regards, Michel -
Hi smokegrub, Quite strange. As both Techman and larryllix suggested, when you close the Admin Console, the state is saved in a temporary file on your disk. The only thing that I can think of is perhaps the cache is getting cleared (i.e. Java cache settings are set to 0). With kind regards, Michel

Hi Teken, Unfortunately this is a very hard problem to solve. My recommendations: 1. Make sure you are accessing your ISY locally (not through the remote IP address) 2. Create a new Folder with no conditions such as My New Programs 3. Disable My Programs Folder by having an On Never condition. This will stop all your programs in that folder 4. Right mouse clip | Copy each folder in the original My Programs and then move it to My New Programs 5. Observe for whatever duration that causes the slow down, if OK, then repeat step 4 for other folders Good luck. With kind regards, Michel

Use a Smartenit model #5010A irrigation using ISY-994i with Ham weather.
Michel Kohanim replied to easytim's topic in ISY994
Hi easytim, Of course this can be done. I am just a little confused about $25.00/month. Where did you get that from? Please do not hesitate to contact our support (links below) if you need any help with installation/configuration. With kind regards, Michel -
Hi MWareman, thank you and you are right on. Hi MustangChris04, this is only the case for initial connection. If your client (most do) supports session resume, then all other subsequent connections/commands should be almost as immediate as regular http. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Kevin, The issue is DNS related. Would you be kind enough to revert to DHCP and retry? With kind regards, Michel
