  6. Hi Guy, No, the problem you are having is related to status mismatch between what the IOLinc has reported and what it responds with after query. The only thing that would cause this is Trigger Reverse but your is not set. You might want to contact our tech support (links below) to further investigate what might be causing this issue.   10. Hello ejh3, It seems that ISY is not able to resolve DNS names to IPs. If you have configured your ISY with a static IP address, you might want to consider reverting to DHCP. With kind regards, Michel

  24. MexicanRadio, You would want to use Control and not Status. Programs based on Status are evaluated IF AND ONLY IF the status changes from its previous state. With Control, the programs are evaluated based on events generated by the device (i.e. the sensor is tripped, etc.). With kind regards, Michel
