  1. Hi Rich, Thanks so very much for letting us know. I will surely check into this but I doubt if it has any significance. Thanks again and sincere apologies for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel

  3. keribi, This is indeed getting to be quite strange. One last attempt: Have you installed an SSL certificate? If not, please do so by going to http://www.universal-devices.com/ssl/insteon Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello someguy, What type of router do you have? Usually, the port forwarding rules are either in the Virtual Server or Port Forwarding sections. As far as MTU, I am not sure why this would help but I am most interested to know if this also works for you. Usually, you will find MTU in the Advanced Networking tab. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Rob, Thanks so very much for the detailed sequence of events which will surely help us to pinpoint the problem. In the meantime, would you be kind enough to upgrade to 2.6.8 and let me know the problem persists? Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel

  7. Hi Joe, Congrats. This only means one thing: your router does not relay DNS requests for 72.14.253.109 is simply one of the IPs for smtp.gmail.com. With kind regards, Michel
  8. keribi, This is very strange. Does your NTP work? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello someguy, This does not mean that the problem is the PLM. This only means that when you reboot your ISY, the problem goes away temporarily. Do you have Internet Access enabled? Do you have any devices on your network that might be using port 443? Have you tried rebooting your router? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello X, Please check your firewall software: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewforum.php?f=3 . Then, please reboot your ISY as it seems it is already in programming mode. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi someguy, Thanks so very much. With kind regards, Michel

    WeatherBug

Hi Michael, There will be a ONE time cost which we'll charge the user (between $49.00 to $69.00). We'll take care of the per-use fees which we have to pay to WeatherBug. With kind regards, Michel Michael, Is that a cost to the user, or the UD? Thanks for responding so quick. Michael

    WeatherBug

Hi Michael, You'll be able to get WeatherBug data which, in most cases, is updated instantly. We like WeatherBug for two reasons: 1. Though there are some costs involved, we do not have to pay monthly licensing fees ($500+/month) 2. The data is updated instantaneously The drawback is that you have to use one of their stations (in most cases within 3 miles of your location). With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Joe, In the recipient field, do you have your email address? With kind regards, Michel Should I have done something different? Joe
  16. Hi Joe, Do you have your email address setup in the recipients field? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Joe, Yes, absolutely. With kind regards, Michel Joe

  20. Hello porter, I am so very sorry to hear this. What I suggest is: 1. Install the latest version of Java 2. If you have any firewall software, please review this forum to disable/resolve firewall issues: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewforum.php?f=3 3. Go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i and login 4. Upgrade as you would normally With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello paulbram, If you have a small installation, it's always better to start fresh since some automation systems create half links which will cause you a lot of confusion and heartache in the long run. With kind regards, Michel
  22. iiidmaxer, I do apologize for a tardy reply. Please do not factory reset. This is a firewall issue. What type of firewall software do you have on your computer? Have you tried http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewforum.php?f=3 to find your firewall and disabling it? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Joe, do not change anything. Please look at the log and let me know if you have -5000x errors still. With kind regards, Michel The Static IP page of the router (I have a static IP assigned to me by my ISP) has 255.255.255.252 on that router page. The ISP told me to put that in there. The ISY has a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. Which one should I change? I'm a little shy to change what the ISP Expects. Joe
  24. Joe, please do NOT import. Let's clear your Java cache first please: 1. Close all your browser windows 2. Control Panel->Java->Click on Settings 3. Click on Delete Files Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello Stowaway, If indeed these are the same events, then there must be a bug that we have to resolve. I shall start a root cause analysis and will keep you updated with our progress. With kind regards, Michel
