  1. Hi @apostolakisl, ELK should also become a module. The main question is time/resources. For Weather, we are paying $$$$ monthly fees that we cannot recoup. And, therefore, that's our first priority. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi @apostolakisl, Please send a list to support@universal-devices.com with their corresponding new names. As long as the account has your email address as the admin, we can change them for you. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi @apostolakisl, That's precisely the reason for node servers. The properties and commands have meaningful units associated with them and then you can use .raw for the value without units. With regards to the climate module, I am a little ambivalent mostly because the same underlying structure is used for programs and everything else. So, it'll be too intrusive to have separate paths for units vs. no units. This said, we are very much hoping to move the Weather Module to a node server. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi @smokegrub, The main question is: what did Alexa hear? Have you checked the history? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi @larryllix, Please send your error log to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel

  10. apostolakisl, Usually, there are two error messages one of which is DHCP. Do you get two? With kind regards, Michel
  11. @gviliunas, Thank you. I think they are related. Looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi @gviliunas, Thank you. I missed a step. When you do Synchronize All, you will see some non functional nodes (these have not been excluded). Right Mouse click/Z Wave/Remove failed Z Wave device. With kind regards, Michel
  13. All, I have to take back my comment. The path can be as long as you want. There are no limits. With kind regards, Michel

  15. @glarsen, Thank you. We'll take another look. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi @glarsen, Thank you. What's the make and model of your phone? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi glarsen, Specifically, The user should also make sure he is setup in the portal as an “Editor” and not a “User” in the Portal to toggle some settings this is required. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi @glarsen Thank you. What are your phones' make/models? Also, is it possible that after the update the settings may have been lost? With kind regards, Michel
  19. @glarsen, Cannot reproduce. This is the report from Brad: The user should ensure that their operating system is updated, and that the proper location privileges are set. I would reboot the Android device as well just to ensure that is not the cause. (rebooting in airplane mode is best) Sometimes having 2 devices close to each other can influence GPS location accuracy in unpredictable ways. (rare but happens) Possible cause: The geofence is not set to where the user thinks it is. Fix: Ensure the location of the geofence is where you expect it to be. If you are inside the geofence use the red location button in the geofence edit page to locate you, update, and save. Note: Refer to images above that indicate status of geofence. Red pin is geofence “false” or “out”, and blue pin is geofence “true” or “in” (see attached images) If the status in ISY says false and the pin is red in the app, this is expected and the issue is that the device does not see itself as being inside the geofence. Possible cause: If the user’s device has GPS that is less accurate than the minimum distance to report, it may report inaccurately. If the interval is set to say 60 minutes the user will not see a change until 60 minutes have elapsed. Fix: These settings should be set to something reasonable like 5 or 10 meters, and 1 or 5 minutes. (see attached image) Lastly the user should make sure that the mobile devices are assigned to the geofence that they intend to trigger, and I believe that if you have 2 mobile devices under the “Home” geofence in ISY that it will be “True” if either mobile device is “True” but I haven’t tested multiple devices under a geofence with latest versions. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi glarsen, I am so very sorry to hear. We'll check this out and report back. With kind regards, Michel
  21. All, Path length is 128. What's the timeout? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi @rccoleman, Thanks for the details. Quite strange indeed. Please note that if you don't save the contents of the Event Viewer, they are NOT logged. Hello @gviliunas, I am so very sorry to hear. Are all your devices working as expected? If so, can you please try Z-Wave | Tools | Synchronize Nodes | All? When done, can you please retry the backup? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi glacier991, Would you please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi garybixler, Definitely signal/noise related. You may want to do a factory reset on it and retry while ensuring some dual band device is within the vicinity. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi rccoleman, I think one of the repeaters in your setup stopped working. It would have been great had you done a Heal Network to see what is failing. With kind regards, Michel
