  1. Thank you all. Can you please disable and then enable the skill and then let me know whether or not you see any improvements? Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  2. Thanks everyone. If it's happening on both firmware version branches, then definitely related to Echo itself. Have you looked at history to see what Echo is hearing? With kind regards, Michel
  3. @Jimbo, Yes, vertical … it's best if LED point down but, in all cases, range is a lot better if in vertical mode. Heal, if and only if you have communication problems. @asbril, With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello everyone, Is anyone of you NOT On 5.0.13? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi MWareman, We'll definitely look into it. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi rccoleman, All systems are 100% healthy here. Are you sure that your devices do actually respond? With kind regards, Michel
  7. skunkiechris, Yes, backup is definitely much faster than the 300 series. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi John, Boy, I have no clue what any of those things are. I would start with the first two. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi whywork, Unlike the 300 series, the 500 series does not have a boot loader. Everything is on one chip. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Randy, Thanks so very much for the feedback. Just for reference, can you please let me know your UI version? With kind regards, Michel
  11. JShcumann, Have you tried https? With kind regards, Michel
  12. @asbril, What port did you use? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello JSchumann, Very much related to firewall software: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Closes_Automatically With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi MrTinker, This is for any situation! In FCC testing, putting ISY vertically dramatically increased the signal levels received by the test equipment at 908Mhz range. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Guys, With regards to range, we are bound by the FCC certification. We had to reduce the power to the point that we could pass (it took very many tries). There's also a signal/noise threshold in the new Z-Wave firmware which we can configure. Perhaps, it's more of a signal/noise ratio than signal strength. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi @ChadS, I have asked Chris to chime in. @pjjameso, I am so very sorry to hear. This said, I really do not think that the issue is the dongle itself. Did you actually go through the whole process? Did you try the Heal? @Techness, thanks so very much for the feedback. The most important tests are: restore and reliable communications. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi @MWareman, Haven't gotten that far but it should support pretty much anything that the API supports. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @MWareman, No, I am depending on @OneClicktoControl … With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi mstrsmth, While waiting for Google, if you can provide us with your UUID and the time you tried link/relink (to support@universal-devices.com), we can look at our logs. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello everyone, to answer some questions: 1. No external antenna support on this dongle 2. Yes, ISY will eventually be able to do OTA Upgrade on Z-Wave devices that support it 3. You might get better communications if you mount ISY on a wall in a vertical manner … but, this is anecdotal based on our FCC testing With kind regards, Michel
  21. @EricK, Please follow these instructions:https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration_V3#Instructions_for_Migrating_to_V3 With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi mstrsmth, We still haven't heard back from Google. Perhaps we'll get better results if you also submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello @apostolakisl, @OneClicktoControl developer (who developed the app) was here yesterday. He said that this issue will be fixed by the end of this week. Thanks so much for your patience. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Bumbershoot, Yes, we more than half way done in developing the Polyglot in the Cloud. Once that's done, this should be quite simple. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @blueman2, thanks for the report. I have forwarded to Chris. @ChadS, what you are discussing is the same concept as having INSTEON devices linked to each other without ISY knowing about them. All you need to do is to put those devices in scenes and ISY will recreate the associations. @mwester , thanks so very much for the detailed feedback. With regards to the perpetual pending writes, have you tried 5.0.13A? This was one of the bugs that was fixed. With kind regards, Michel
