Java illegal URL redirect
Try clearing your Java Cache, be sure to check the box "all installed applications", then download the ISY launcher. The ISY 99i was discontinued and is no longer supported, however the ISY launcher should still work. The ISY firmware version should appear in the Version field of the launcher.

Zoom meeting with Ken Friday
Here's the Zoom call link video: Insteon Zoom Call Sept. 23, 2022 - YouTube Hopefully someone has a link with better audio

Zoom meeting with Ken Friday
Excellent idea. Are you planning on participating in the Zoom call, if so............... 1. What are his plans for a PLM, USB, serial, or both? 2. What products does he plan on restocking? 3. What is a realistic time frame for product availability? 4., Has he addressed the component failures that plagued the past Insteon devices?

Polisy cannot be found after router reboots.
For some reason the router isn't seeing the Polisy. Make sure the Router is set up to "use the router as a DHCP server". Try reserving a fixed IP address to the Polisy in your Router

Restored PLM now scenes are failing
Scene data links are stored in each device and the PLM If you disconnect the PLM and then activate a member of a scene all the other scene members should respond as they are not dependent on the PLM Being that the scenes work but not from the ISY, the restore PLM should correct your issues.

Ecolink Chime/Alarm (review)
It's possible that the SD card had an issue, or wasn't fully seated in the Ecolink. Once the card is inserted, unplug the Ecolink, that seems to re-read the card once it's plugged back in.

Insteon acquired and servers coming back up
I just received this response from Insteon as to the availability of PLMs and Insteon devices ----------------------------------------- The goal is to continue to sell a PLM option. The current problem is components. We do have other options that involve retrofitting other designs. I can't give you any specifics but the plan is to start the process of getting products back into the market by the end of the year or early next year. Thank you, Steve Lee Insteon Support

Issues connecting in UD
The PLM was manufactured in the 46th week of 2016. It's possible that it has capacitors that are failing. Unfortunately, PLMs are difficult to find. Most of the forum members are either replacing the components or sending the PLM out to someone for repair. Hopefully someone who has had theirs repaired can chime in with more details When you power cycle the ISY and PLM. First plug in the PLM, wait about 15 seconds then power up the ISY You can also try doing a restore device on one of your problem devices to see if that resolves the problem.

Issues connecting in UD
If you click on "help | about" in the admin console what shows as your UI and firmware versions? What is the 4 digit date code and version number on your PLM? It's possible that your PLM might be failing, or that the power supply for the ISY is failing. Take a look at your error log to see if there's anything related to your issue.

Ecolink Chime/Alarm (review)
Yes, the ISY recognized them. Click on default sound and you should see all the numbered files on the SD card. Mine goes up to 52 I had to reformat the SD card to FAT16 in order to get it to work properly. ------------------------ From the manual "SD-Card - To override the built-in sounds via the SD-Card format an SD-card with a FAT16 filesystem. The sounds on the SD card must start with a decimal number followed by the name of the sound with a .wav file extension. The encoding for the wav file must be mono.

Ecolink Chime/Alarm (review)
If you're still having issues, unplug the Ecolink from the AC power then plug it back in. I've added, and numbered, my custom sounds 31 to 42 and also overwrote some of the default sounds. Mine works without any issues using the following: Supported Sound Files File Extension: .wav Channels: - Mono Sample Rate 8 kHz Sample 16-bit PCM

Losing Devices Intermittently
It's possible that your Zooz controller is the problem. I would call Zooz technical support. The ZST10 has a 5 year warranty. It doesn't sound like the problem is with the Polisy I believe others on the forum have had to replace defective ZST10s

Losing Devices Intermittently
@btreinders Is your Polisy firmware and Bios current? What are you using for your Z-wave controller? Do the same devices always disappear? If you manually reboot the Polisy do the devices disappear?

Losing Devices Intermittently
Check your power supply, and all your cables

Insteon acquired and servers coming back up
F.Y.I. X10 is still developing their product line. Their newer switches now support LED bulbs. All the manufacturers are struggling with supply issues, and the factories in China, where most of these products are produced, have also been constrained with shutdowns due to Covid. We all just to have tread water until things get back to normal, which they will.

@KC10Brain In addition to the above, X10 is alive and well. Take a look at these two links for Insteon updates: Blog — Insteon Insteon

Did you convert the switch from a 6 button to an 8 button. If so, the factory reset will convert it back to a 6 button switch and you need to reconfigure it back to the 8-button mode.

The disc is the piezo buzzer. Did you try doing a factory reset on the switch? Not sure what button you're referring to when you say "pushing the first button does nothing" The large top button should turn the relay on, and the large bottom button should turn the relay off.

Insteon acquired and servers coming back up
@MrTinker The following was posted by Insteon on July28th. They have yet to offer any "on hand" inventory. Being that the products come from China I would assume that they're constrained by supply chain issues and disruptions in the factories. ------------------------------------- We have great news to share! We expect to be able to take orders for on-hand inventory by mid-August. We are converting to a new e-commerce shopping platform that will give us improved functionality and we are currently working on that integration. As a reminder, our on-hand inventory will be limited by product types - and limited availability on top of that. And as previously mentioned, we do have orders in process at our factories for additional units and a greater scope of product, but those are much longer lead times before they hit our warehouse.

IO linc double triggering
Take a look at your event log to see if the IOLinc is receiving multiple on/off commands. If you don't see more than one command then it could be spurious powerline signals such as the gate motor that's creating noise on the powerline.

Onkyo control of zone source?
@GQuack Attached are the Onkyo ISCP codes in excel format. Your receiver isn't listed but the codes still may work. Give it a try. Onkyo ISCP PROGRAMMING CODES.xlsx

Onkyo control of zone source?
@GQuack I believe that he is no longer supporting or developing the node server. I use network resources to control my Onkyo. If you search the forum, you'll find info on controlling the receiver via your network resources. What model Onkyo do you have?
