  1. @asbril, In the migration guide, ISY Portal can migrate everything for you including all the Alexa things. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @Sachelis, I do apologize for being short. Completely my fault and inexcusable. With kind regards, Michel
  3. We just tested backup restore from Zooz to MatterZ. It works great. We also tested migration from 500 series. 90% there. We are also implementing some scene improvements plus OTA. Looks great thus far. With kind regards, Michel
  4. I have contacted the developer. With kind regards, Michel
  5. It's impossible and wrong. You need to use: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Installing_the_Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop With kind regards, Michel
  6. @dbwarner5, Yes, please! With kind regards, Michel
  7. @Sachelis, There's nothing at that URL. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @Chris Jahn is looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @Prana electric, unfortunately it seems that your ISP is looking at the message id instead of From. In order to ensure delivery, we moved the final delivery to Amazon SES. SES adds an envelope around the original message and then includes a message id. It seems that the mail-to-text conversion at your ISP is stripping the From and is using the message id. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @Snibley, please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  11. No!!! As @larryllixnoted, I just wanted to start rumors and get some traffic :). But I was also very careful to preface with "may"! I have a call with Ken next week about some short-term opportunities. I promise to let you all know the outcome asap. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @Prana electric, we moved to Amazon SES. Please remove the whole thread. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello everyone, recently, we moved our email delivery to Amazon SES. Please try the default again ... it's much better now. With kind regards, Michel
  14. All, we may have some good news about PLMs (next week). Stay tuned. With kind regards, Michel
  15. It's quite possible but I cannot fathom why because we are not on any blacklist and our server IP has spectacular reputation. With kind regards, Michel
  16. This should be fixed now. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @bpwwer, I have no clue .... I sent the link to @Chris Jahn. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @Ross, I don't think we have any tickets from you. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @macjeff, Database issue we're trying to resolve. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @Bumbershoot, We'll look into it. It should work. @Geddy, The difference between 994 and polisy is: for 994, you need to upload the whole zip file into 994. That's why the portal is not a good idea. On Polisy, the packages are downloaded by Polisy. So, portal would be very similar to clicking the button on the Update Packages button. This said, since it's not working, it's best to use the Admin Console locally. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @vbphil, Yes, it means IoP could not resolve my.isy.io to an IP. This usually happens if you configure Polisy with static IP configuration and DNS servers are not correct. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @TJF1960, Definitely not buffoons. Just different priorities. As much as it stings, it's understandable. With kind regards, Michel
  23. I spoke to Ken twice, the last time of which he said he'd let me know soon. That was well over 3 weeks ago. At this juncture, it's relatively obvious that the PLM is less of a priority than other things, and that's perfectly fine. We just don't have the bandwidth to chase after it. I do apologize. With kind regards, Michel
  24. At the moment, knowing, zip, zilch, zero ... I think we are slowly going back to the dark ages. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @FBoucher, Thank you. What version of IoP are you on? With kind regards, Michel
