Remove power from the ISY, then disconnect the PLM and the network cables, then power up the ISY, what leds are lit and/or blinking?

Polisy firmware was recently updated to 5.4.5 Update your packages. If you're then still have issues, remove power from the Polisy for about 15 seconds.

I now have Cloud access working I had to remove power from the Polisy. After rebooting the Polisy is now showing version 5.4.5

I also can't launch the Polisy from the cloud. No error message.

Thank you, the ISY password that was stored got erased during the update. All is good now.

After the update to 3.1.14 the ISY show as disconnected, not sure what the path is to reconnect.

Glad you're up and running. If you have power issues in your area you might want to pick up a UPS and put the ISY, Router and Modem on it. The PLM should be plugged directly into an outlet not the UPS. The UPS should also have an A/C line filter between it and the outlet in order to filter out the powerline noise they create which interferes with the insteon signals

Try unplugging the power from the ISY, wait about 15 seconds then plug it back in and then try the admin console again

In the recent Insteon zoom call they mentioned that they are planning on supporting Matter. They gave no other details. Being that current products, other than the Hub, cannot be field upgradeable, it might be relegated to the Hub or newly released products

There's really no need for the extra leds. There's only two options, on or off. I doubt they will go back.

What type of loan is the dimmer connected to? If you disconnect the load and watch the dimmer status in the admin console does it still show that the status changes from on to off? Do you have any programs controlling the dimmer that could be in a loop?

They didn't mention how they plan to implement it, just that it was forth coming.

For my lights, I use several scenes, each with different on levels, and call them up with a program. I've not tried your method, so not sure if it's viable. Under scene on levels, the only variable options I have are dates.

For those that didn't listen to the webinar: They mentioned that Insteon will eventually support Matter. You can go onto their store product page and have them email you when an out-of-stock product is available. PLMs, serial and USB will be in stock about March, 2023 and last but not least, they said that they will be coming out with new products next year.

Can you post a copy of your program Is your variable state or integer?

Yes, assuming that the bulb is connected to an Insteon module or a Zwave module. The Polisy cannot control a load directly.

When I run UPDATE PACKAGES, the Polisy appears to be updating, but if I again run the update packages the Polisy again appears to be updating no matter how many times I run the update. PG3 did successfully update to 3.1.12

The ISY doesn't always recognize all the Zwave nodes from a device. What series Zwave dongle do you have? I wouldn't worry about the other nodes. What's the make and model of your smoke detractor as Iwas thinking of moving over to Zwave detectors.

Current firmware is 5.4.4 On the configuration tab there are two update options, BIOS and UPDATE PACKAGES. if the update bios is not greyed out then you first need to update the bios then the packages

Are you using the Insteon Smoke Bridge? The only nodes that really matter are SMOKE DETECTED, CO2 ALARM and LOW BATTERY. I have the Insteon smoke bridge (2982-222), and my nodes are a little different than what you've posted, but basically the same. I'm not sure that the ISY would respond to the nodes other than the ones I've mentioned.

I use Feit bulbs and have no flicker. Which brands have you tried? How many bulbs do you have on one dimmer?
