Glad you got it sorted out. Sounds like you're a "set it and forget it" kind of user. There has been communication from UD over the last couple of years about the upgrade process and most recently a message about the increase in the portal license (post on UD website). And what do you mean "discontinued Insteon Devices"? There might be a few things that Insteon has quit supplying, but most common devices are still available from Insteon and even new devices have been introduced in the last year (note that only the current eisy will "fully" support the newer Insteon devices). Furthermore, the eisy DOES support Yolink devices (with the use of a plugin). Many people here use YoLink devices reliably in the eisy. Guess you should take some time to review the forums and UD site to really learn about the products. Many longtime users were "all over it" when the Polisy was released and more when the eisy was released. The reliability of the ISY994 is outstanding and a fine machine that doesn't need much in the way of upgrading. So if it works for you it's fine to do what you need it to do. If you're wanting to open your home to more control using a UD device as your home automation controller than eisy is the best (only) option currently available. Again, glad you got the device back online. Hope you changed it to not be static IP!

@smorgasbord This clearly sounds like you had a Static IP set at the device level. This was once the suggested option for ISY994 devices, but over the last many years UD has encouraged people to remove that setting and handle DHCP reservation at the router level. Since your local DHCP table changed from 192.168.50.x to 192.168.1.x and your ISY994 is not connected then clearly the IP was set to only join at the 50.x range of IP addresses. As @hart2hart suggests changing the DHCP table back to 192.168.50.x would be the best bet. I would suggest this to be a temporary change and only to get the ISY994 back on the network. If you still had your old router you could even handle it that way and directly connect a computer/laptop to the old router and then connect the ISY994 to the old router and connect that way and remove the Static IP setting on the configuration tab then unplug the ISY994 (both power and network), connect the network to the new router and power it back up. It should then connect because the IP address would be assigned by the router. THEN, you could reserve an IP address from your router so the ISY994 would always connect at that IP address should you lose network or power to the ISY994. @Nestor WOW! Having the issue today on Chrome on Windows 10. It worked on this computer the other day. It works (currently) with Firefox. I think UD might have put in a support ticket with the board developer, but not sure if there's much to "fix" right away and the support from that site isn't all that wonderful. I know another place I had links not responding was on the PM inbox, but now suddenly those work again. But page numbers do nothing. Very strange behavior.

Yes. It takes some doing, but it's possible. Take a look at the news release from UD from a few months ago as well as their blog post that has some scripts to run. @bbuchanan99, @Jmine, @wuench, and any others... As @Techman mentions above the best way to get this answer (or attempt to get the answer) is to contact Universal Devices directly. As I suggest in another thread that asked this question. Using the email provided above or via their "Contact Us" portion of the UD website is probably the best way to get your answers. While the forums are monitored for most active issues something like this might be better asked directly with Universal Devices via their "Contact Us" method on their website: https://www.universal-devices.com/contact-us/ The forums are more user-to-user support with a few topics monitored by UD staff (Note: of which I am NOT...I'm just a user like everybody else here). So asking here and bumping threads does very little. Please use the contact method available through the Universal Devices website to ask these questions. Closing this thread as it has been answered as solved to the best of the ability that the user base can answer.

@TVC15 take a look at this part of the wiki https://wiki.universal-devices.com/Main_Page#Admin_Console_Minimized/Invisible_and_Cannot_be_Restored Sounds like you might force admin console onto one of the external monitors. It’s trying to put it there and not “smart” enough to force back to the single screen. If you delete the .state files it should come back. If deleting these files doesn’t help clear Java cache (checking all 3 boxes in the process) then download and run a new IoX Launcher (start.jnlp) from the UD site (found by clicking on “My ISY” at the top of the page.

@Nestor strange. I just checked on Edge (126.0.2592.68) and it worked fine. Have you tried logging out of the forums and logging back in? (I had to login fresh because I don't usually used Edge) If you have a different browser try on that. It works for me on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Clicking on different page numbers isn't often something many would use. What happens when you hit "next" or "prev" next to the numbers? @Nestor Thanks for the post. Looks like it's working now (thanks @xlurkr for the update, and I can confirm). There have been a several "bugs" recently (in the last few updates) from the developers of the forum underlying programming. Some of the issues have been reported to them, but they seem to fix only a few items along the way. Hopefully they'll get everything sorted out again soon. The same issue has impacted other areas of the forums for a while now. Either some haven't noticed them or work around them and haven't posted about it here. I've reported the issues I've experienced to the developers support channel to hopefully get corrected, but not holding my breath. Their "support" is non-existent. Nothing like we experience with the support with UD! If there are other issues you experience please post about it so I can check if others are reporting this to the forum developers.

@arf1410 to help us help you please post the program you’re attempting currently. Right click on the program and select “Copy to Clipboard” then paste it in a reply. (Make sure you use COPY and not something else. It will paste as regular text.) It sounds like you’d be better off making a “Kitchen scene” and just have them both turn the kitchen lights on…unless you have other items you’re trying to control.

@djones1415 no update from OP for over a month. You should start a new post for your issue to get help directly. If you’ve tried all above suggestions it is probably a different issue and should be handled as a new thread.

@RDewit yeah, the ISY994 had wake-on-lan as part of the portal subscription. If you’ve been a user long enough it might have been in the old “networking module” purchase before that was rolled into the portal subscription. The Polisy and eisy stopped using the module add on method and used Node Servers (now called Plugins). Thus the reason to need to make the Wake-on-Lan plugin. You should be back in business once added and setup.

@smokegrub have you attempted to re-link the Alexa skill to make sure it’s the correct profile? You didn’t say if you have different Alexa accounts for the two properties. It sounds like a profile issue in the Alexa side.

Sometimes this is a corrupt file and causes the backup to fail. I would suggest opening a ticket with UD to get support as to how to fix this. If you're comfortable with SSH commands it might be simple, but don't want to send you down that path without UD Support giving you the information of what to look at and what to alter. https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets

@RDewit have you installed the Wake-on-Lan plugin from the PG3x store? Information about this plugin: https://github.com/BME-nodeservers/udi-wol-poly/blob/master/README.md I've never tried WOL, but seem to understand that the plugin is now needed to get things to work as it did with the ISY994. @adambuild more than likely you don’t access admin console very often. This was an issue several months ago and is corrected by clearing out Java cache (checking all three boxes) then downloading a NEW start.jnlp from Universal’s site (clicking MY ISY on the homepage). Here is one post about this:

@smokegrub Not sure how to help. I'd suggest removing from the portal Alexa connection and try adding again. Do you have 2 different Alexa accounts (one for each location)? Alexa should alert you to new devices found as soon as you add them and close the window in the isy portal side. I know that's what happened recently when I added a device. Make sure that on the Wolf Creek account that your preferred ISY matches the UUID for that location. Since you said you had two portal accounts it should, but that's one area I would check to confirm you're connecting the correct ISY with your Alexa connection account. I don't expect anything has changed on the UD side of how things are added/connected. However, the same cannot be said for the Amazon/Echo side (that always seems to be changing and causing issues randomly). It could be as simple as removing them from the spoken list and adding them back. That's what I would try first.

@armymutt okay...removing and re-installing could have caused more problems than it was worth. Hopefully you had admin console closed while you did that. It's possible this damaged any programs you had for your hue devices. Check those once you get things fixed. When you're working on it again try restarting the plugin. Make sure the node names show in the PG3x UI. Then open Admin Console and see if Hue is back. If you don't have any bulbs you should at least have the controller there and should be able to "re-discover bulbs".

@mdecou I agree with @Techman that I don't think the Zooz 800 is supported due to it being the 800 series z-wave controller, but I'm not 100% certain. You might want to open a support ticket to get that confirmed or not. However, I know the Zooz 700 was supported (at least I recall a lot of people reported using that in the Polisy time before Z-Matter was available). What firmware are you running on the Polisy? At one point connecting the USB hub also needed the "Z-Wave Support" checkbox checked or selector to "ON". I'm not sure if that's been replaced now that Z-Matter is available. Open admin console, click on "Configuration" tab. In the "System" area what do you have showing for "Z-Wave Support"? I'm on an eisy running IoX 5.8.3 and my options are dropdown with Auto, On, Off as options. I have a Z-Matter dongle attached and both my Zigbee and Z-Wave are "on".
