  2. Hi jam583, Have you looked at: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i_Series_INSTEON:Networking:Network_Resources#Sonos_by_jonathanud .... you can simply import the network resources and then just change the ip/port. With kind regards, Michel

  10. Hello telljc, Unfortunately ISY does not work with those thermostats. i am not sure about ELK. If you have a Zigbee version of ISY (994iZ), then you can try RCS TZB45. If you have Z-Wave version, then almost all Z-Wave thermostats are supported. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi jwagner010, If you are still having problem, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi elite-rob, The reason is that in 4.2.4 and above, we disabled UPnP by default (security concerns). If you wish, you can go to Configuration | System and enable UPnP under Network Settings. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Teken, Got it. This said, I don't think the 5.0 will solve the issue since there needs to be a definite event that starts the cycle. Have you tried a SynchroLinc? With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi brausse, Please send your UUID (Help | About) to support@universal-devices.com. I am so very sorry for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Teken, Are you also able to sense when those devices are turned on? i.e. from idle to first cycle? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello pmarcos, Please do make sure that: 1. You have cleared all your Java cache 2. You use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.5/admin.jnlp to get to ISY 3. Upgrade to 4.2.5 If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi ryarber, I suppose it would be possible but I think it will take a lot of programming. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Thank you all. Board Layout is almost done! Teken, yes, this PLM supports all INSTEON frequencies (of course there's a hardware configuration/chip that has to be replaced). With kind regards, Michel
  19. NeilP, I must humbly submit to you that your PLM is dying. The reason is that ISY retries 3 times in a span of 20 seconds to try and connect to the PLM at boot up. So, if indeed it took the PLM more than 20 seconds to boot, then I am almost certain the PLM is on its way to heaven. This is especially the case when you had a power outage. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Guys, 1. Yes, dual band 2. No, unfortunately we do not have access to the firmware so not larger capacity for links With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello thedishking, This is absolutely not normal. Daylight saving should work. Can you tell me what's your location and whether or not you have Daylight Saving check box checked? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Teken, Currently, it's a rectangular box. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Guys, ISY has a switching power supply. It's totally up to you how you would like to have it powered. i.e. you can also plug your ISY to the power supply and thus it'll always be on. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Robert, You might want to check your error log for SMTP errors: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... MTP_Errors With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi raymondh, Our goals have been: 1. To design the power circuitry so that it won't die after 2 years 2. Heat dissipation so that the unit does not overheat 3. Power ISY 4. NOT a wall wart The rest is pretty much identical to SmartHome's reference design and the firmware is theirs. With kind regards, Michel
