  1. @btreinders, the answer is for Polisy and not ISY. ISY supports 5-30v. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Yes. You can also get one of these: https://smile.amazon.com/Mini-PCI-Adapter-Module-Industrial-Grade/dp/B07HNTB4XG/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=T3QPIQC0WN85&keywords=mpcie+to+usb&qid=1663362337&sprefix=mpcie+to+usb%2Caps%2C120&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1 Beta because we are going through Z-Wave certification. Everything is field upgradeable (including end devices). With kind regards, Michel
  3. @btreinders, No, polisy require 12V. So does eisy. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Unlike polisy, eisy only has USB ports (4 of them). Except for an NVMe SSD, you cannot install anything else internally. So, for eisy, the ZMatter board will come in a USB form factor with two antennas sticking out. ZMatter is not included in eisy. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @dinostop, I am so very sorry to hear. Please note we can give you a refund if this is not working. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello everyone, If you are in the Southern California Edison territory, we would like to invite you to participate in SCE's Dynamic Rate Project. Device automation/optimization part of this project has been awarded to Universal Devices. For more information, and/or to signup, please visit our SCE Dynamic Rate Project. With kind regards, Michel
  7. I forgot to add, these hubs use the ASCII version of the instruction set. So, not supported on ISY platform. So, we would need a large quantity to implement the ASCII version. The good news is that it's not too difficult. With kind regards, Michel
  8. For anyone interested in converting Nokia Hubs to PLMs, I am sharing what one of our beloved engineers at x-SmartHome came up with. This is what we were going to do but, as with anything INSTEON/SmartHome related, got stopped. Hopefully someone can convince insteon tech to sell these Nokia hubs and someone else to modify them. With many thanks to Chasen, here it is: https://www.universal-devices.com/docs/NokiaHub2PLM.zip With kind regards, Michel
  9. What do you mean by "we"? With kind regards, Michel
  10. @johnnyt, You might have to Exclude/Include S2 devices but if and only if the interview fails. But, as with anything Z-Wave, pretty much a lot of things are left to manufacturers and thus there's literally no guarantee unless we test each and every Z-Wave device. This is a completely new implementation for Z-Wave so a lot of things have been improved. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @KC10Brain, I responded to both of your tickets yesterday and almost immediately. We are alive and well. With kind regards, Michel
  12. With regard to migration of Z-Wave, both 500 series and Zooz have been thoroughly tested and they work perfectly. This said, the new code supports many features that the previous code didn't support such as S2 and scenes. So, there will probably be some minor manual intervention. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Very true. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @Goose66, Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  15. This only upgrades IoP and not the whole Polisy. 5.4.4 is the latest. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @aaronw, Are you using the ISY Launcher? With kind regards, Michel
  17. If Admin Console does not load from LAN, in most cases, it's related to ISY being upgraded from ISY Portal and thus not having any UI files. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @apostolakisl, Have you recently upgraded your Polisy? If not, Admin Console | Configuration tab | Update Packages. Wait for 4 beeps + 1. Reboot. With kind regards, Michel
  19. It was never going to be a long term solution (about 2000). It was an "immediate" stopgap before the availability of PLM Pros. Regardless, it's not going to happen. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Most of the components for 2413S are either obsolete or have 2 years lead time. Our design is based on 2413S. That's why we focused on PLM Pro and the Nokia Hubs. Alas, we are where we are = nowhere. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Thank you; I appreciate it very much! This said, my math already included my hopeful (wishful) contribution from our existing customers. As you can see from Ken's latest email, tech support is still not there. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @gadgetfreak, Does the same scene work through the Admin Console at the same time? With kind regards, Michel
  23. @lilyoyo1, with the disclaimer that, when it comes to SmartHome (or any variations thereof), I am extra extra cautious, I think the issue is just priorities and nothing more. As @ase suggested, their priority is the hub + massive number of Nokia inventory that they have to get rid of. Nokia inventory does not work with the existing hubs. When/if they start selling the Nokia inventory, customers will ask UD to support those products, without them having to lift a finger or use any resources (ok, perhaps they will send us a couple of units to test with). This said, the only way I would agree to support their Nokia devices is guarantees of API access plus their own dedicated Tech Support. We have been doing free INSTEON tech support for eternity and I have zero interest in doing more, especially for things that have never been tested in production. Again, perhaps they will surprise us. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @wmcneil, Please click on Configuration tab | Upgrade Packages button. It may take up to 30 minutes to upgrade all packages. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello everyone, Thank you for the feedback. Nokia Hubs are not the same as PLM Pros. Until I see actual availability of PLMs, my official position is that PLM customers don't have high priority for insteon. If they did, insteon would have either converted the Nokia Hubs themselves or made it affordable rather than asking us to buy them for such a ridiculous price, making us responsible for the defects and returns. Or they have other plans for the Nokia Hubs. Regardless, this is their prerogative and their business. Perhaps they will surprise us. Till then, off to ZMatter and eisy. With kind regards, Michel
