  1. Hi Plau, The service you are sending the notification to requires authentication (i.e. userid/password). You are not providing it the correct userid/password. kevkmartin, ??? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi SunSentry, Please do let your dad know what we added new color schemes/themes in 3.3.5 (our next release) and would appreciate his feedback. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Michael, Thanks so very much for the update. As of right now, we do not have any plans since we have not yet been able to get things stabilized enough. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello gascop69, I must emphasize that simply turning off anti virus/firewall is not going to help. Your ISY's IP address MUST be included in the white list/exclusion list/trusted zone in your firewall. HTTPS will certainly help a lot since most firewall software are more lenient with https. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi All, Thank you. It must be a bug with Scene Test. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Michael, The first thing is to make sure your thermostat is operating properly (which is not). If you are certain that you do not have any programs in ISY contributing to automatic changes you see, then it's best to get a replacement for it. With respect to SmartHome's comment that ISY may inadvertently do things, well, if that were the case then it would not be isolated to SmartHome brand thermostats. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi jack1975, What's the error? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi johnnyt, We have made some improvements in 3.3.5. This said, I am not so sure it will satisfy your requirements as it seems your expecting ISY to be as responsive as a high powered computer. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello slcasner, Unfortunately we do not have an XSD to describe program structure. Basically you need to use the exported one as template. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello Plau, 401 = Authorization failed. You are not sending your correct credentials. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Thanks SunSentry. Do you have your ISY configured to communicate with ELK? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello flemingmike, I responded to your PM. We do need to know the characteristics of this device + cat/sub cat. We'll discuss more over email. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello everyone, My next question is what if you use https instead of http. Does it solve the problem? With kind regards, Michel

Hi SunSentry, Irrigation module uses Evapotranspiration algorithm which is probably a more sophisticated version of what your Toro does. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello pablohoney, Not at all ... there are no reported problems using 3.3.4. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello oceanman93, Programs are called by IDs. Are your programs named or are you using the IDs for names? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Dennis, Thank you. You can always have the 3rd party company contact us and we'll figure it out. It really would be a huge waste of your time/money if we can figure out how to exchange information. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi jmed999, Does it happen while Admin Console is running? Or, does it happen when you first bring up the Admin Console? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello steadler, thanks so very much for the update and I am so very glad you got things working. Hi Wozzy, I think it would be best to contact our tech support team and have them schedule a call to help diagnose. With kind regards, Michel

bfish, When you click on the Daylight Saving Button, you MUST wait for the settings to take effect before doing anything else. It might take about 5 seconds and the busy dialog should go away. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello steadler, thanks so very much. Quite strange to say the least. Thanks Wozzy, what do you get when you go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.3.4/admin.jnlp ? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Mike, ELK add on has nothing to do with notifications. If you have a backup, simply restore your backup. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Mike, No, not at all and I can guarantee you that the ELK module does not have anything to do with notifications. Can you try removing one variable at a time (just remove the $) and see when you start getting them? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Wayne, They are not the same. I will have to let other customers who are actually using these devices to let you know which is more reliable. Yes on the latest beta. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi all, Although quite simple at first glance, things get quickly out of hand: 1. Add a checkbox to see if the user wants to backup before exiting Admin Console 2. In case of automated, how does one notify of failures? What type of QOS should be used? Is it high priority, low priority, how many retries, etc. 3. As far as power users, I think that would be an option that we could consider With kind regards, Michel
