I would suggest you open a support ticket with UD. If you want, you could try removing power for several minutes and then try to power eisy back up. Also, try using a new power supply.

I use a Honeywell Zwave thermostat, well actually 3 of them across 2 locations on both eisy and Polisy. I have no issues controlling the thermostat from UD Mobile, admin console, or the thermostat.
-
Click the 3 dots in upper left corner of you Favorites tile and select Advanced Status Configuration. Next select Add and then fill in the boxes. For more details, search the UD Mobile Wiki for Advanced Status Configuration.
-
I would suggest running the upgrade packages a second time and after it completes, including the reboot, power cycle your unit. If you still have an issue backing up afterwards then you will need to open a support ticket with UD.

This worked, thank you.

Hi Javi, I am trying out the custom Thermostat View in Favorites. I have selected Thermostat from the Device Type menu. I found the setpoint up and down arrow to be a bit sluggish. Meaning changing setpoint via the arrows may not register a change and/or be slow to respond. Which led me to attempt to change the setpoint by selecting the setpoint value within the circle in the center of the up down arrows. I thought this would have been a quick way to make a setpoint change of several degrees, but maybe you have a different intention for this function? When selecting the setpoint value, a window opens with numbers from 0.0 to 20.0 degrees F, incremented by .1. Is this still a WIP or am I not understanding the functionality?

In addition, you will need to delete the state files after you open the admin console when using just the laptop to get the admin console back to your designated primary display when you reconnect to the external monitors.

If that is a screenshot from your eisy, then yes, you are registered. Now go to UD portal page, sign in and adjacent to your eisy line, go to Select Tool - Information - ISY Portal Access License. That will tell you if your eisy has a license or allow you to purchase one.
-
Is your eisy registered and approved? Sounds like both attempts for a new license was for your now unsupported ISY.
-
Maybe it's time to open a support ticket with UD.

All good for me.

My wife is on Samsung Galaxy S20+, Android 13. I am on Samsung Galaxy S24+, Android 14.

Version 1.1.78 doesn't correct the issue for me.

Could very well be the folder condition, they are known to be unreliable at times. Try removing the folder condition and place the constraint within the program. If you have many programs that need the constraint and you don't want to insert this condition in all of them, you can use a program to enable and disable the other programs based on the required constraint.

That is not an error, it's what should happen.

ZWave Energy Monitor Plug for 220v Loads
DennisC replied to matapan's topic in Z-Wave - Series 300/500
I send the alert directly to my wife's phone, triggering a unique tone using the Notification plugin. This way she doesn't even need to look at her phone, she knows laundry is done based on the sound. I set this up very quickly about a year ago with the intent of going back and fine tuning it when I had more time. I am still waiting for more time..... The way I did this was to create a program that is triggered by vibration stopping, which then sends out a notification after a time delay. The time delay is present to account for any pauses between cycles for the washing machine. Yes, currently closing the doors on the machines triggers the alert. That's the part I was going to go back and work on. Just haven't had the time yet. Since our machines are in the basement, my wife was pleased with getting the notifications and said she doesn't mind it going off when she loads the machine. The Yolink app has a sensitivity setting and I did attempt to lower it, but some notifications were then missed and just set it back higher. I feel certain I could tweak it to find the sweet spot either using the sensitivity setting, or maybe the location of the sensor. Everything thing is automatic, I don't need to reset anything between machine runs or manually start a program running. This method uses the native Yolink app, the Yolink plugin, and the Notification plugin. -
ZWave Energy Monitor Plug for 220v Loads

I have been using a Yolink vibration sensor on both the washing machine and the dryer for about a year now. They are connected to ISY via the Yolink Plugin. Works fine since it was installed. -
Before you do anything else, did you at any time click on delete PLM? If you did not, try moving the PLM to a different outlet, on a different electrical circuit. For this test, you can use an extension cord. If you did click on delete PLM, you will need to do a restore, but first you need to get it connected.
-
Does your PLM show connected? Given some of the strange things you have happening, try changing the power supply. When they start going bad strange things can happen.
-
Why are you trying to connect via SSH? If you are new at this, you would be much better off using UD Mobile. It will walk you through everything you need to do. You can find instructions for using UD Mobile in the UD wiki pages.

I seem to remember some eisy's having issues going in and out of Wi-Fi mode. I don't believe you can have both connected at the same time (WiFi and Ethernet). Have you tried setting up Ethernet using UD Mobile? Here are some posts you can review, see if they are any help: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Go_to_WIFI_Setup_or_Leave_WIFI_Setup_mode https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Troubleshooting

Try this: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/Eisy:User_Guide Scroll down until you come to migration section.

You can customize favorites, thereby only showing what you want each person to see or have access to. You also have the option of adding color for things like specific weather, or when a light turns on. If more than one person is to have the same favorites, you can export and import the settings to another device on the same platform. It's all in the wiki.

This happens for any of the plugins with a lot of information to display. I opened a support ticket over a year ago asking for a scroll bar to move the page down. I was told it would be added to the admin console, but was advised it would not be soon and no ETA was given. For now, changing resolution is the only option for the admin console.

This may help: Follow the link I posted above and then scroll down to Using the Node server. There are several examples there that will help. Also, if you are not using UD Mobile yet, take a look at it. It is free and works great with Elk Plugin and all of the other Plugins.
