You can try removing power from the ISY, then remove the SD card and clean its contacts with a soft eraser. then reset the SD card. If you're still then having the problem, it's possible that the SD card failed its rare but it does happen. Upgrading Your SD Card In some instances, you may want to replace your SD card. For example: • You are experiencing a blinking ERR light which could indicated a bad SD card. The ISY supports up to a 16GB SD card. Once your SD card is replaced, you will need to re-load the firmware onto your ISY as well as restore your configuration from a backup. Which Z-wave dongle do you have installed the 300 or 500 series? After you did your firmware upgrade did you clear your Java cache including all installed applications and then download the ISY Launcher? Are you only using Z-wave or do you also have Insteon devices installed?

@DirtRoad Try removing power from the PLM and the ISY, then power up the PLM, wait about 15 seconds then power up the ISY If your able to access the ISY via the admin console on your LAN then the router is not the issue.

@tritip.films What PC operating system are you using? What's the firmware and UI version showing on your Polisy? What version of Java are you running? Did you clear your Java cache, including all applications, before downloading the ISY Launcher?

It appears that there's a password/authentication error when you use the LAN Make sure that AUTOMATIC DHCP is enabled in the ISY configuration Are you using the latest version of Java 8? Try cleaning your Java cache including all installed applications, then download the ISY launcher.

What is your firmware and UI versions? Are you using the ISY Launcher to access your ISY?

Some Z-wave devices include extra nodes, it's possible that some controllers use those nodes. In order for UD to eliminate the phantom nodes they would have to look at every available Z-wave device which is time and cost prohibitive. Best to follow the advice in the posts above.

Why not create your own custom .wav sounds using an open source program like Audacity. It's quick and easy.

For those that made the leap forward there's no reason to turn back. I expect, based on what the new Insteon owners have said thus far, we will see the Insteon devices become available again. The timeline is uncertain due to numerous constraints, have patience. Riddle solved.
