  1. My ISY994i shows 'My Lighting'. If memory serves me. Since I used my latest ISY99i backup to update the ISY994i. Michel told me I may have to correct the 3:00 AM Query All Program. I believe it was the time but again fuzzy memory here.
  2. OH That looks very nice. Thank you for the information.

  4. They now have a T2491T1E one day programmable with integrated adapter. Not sure if the T1700 integrated model has the jumpers Steve L pointed out but maybe a goo thing to look at. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=9086&p=69268&hilit=Humidity+Sensor#p69268
  5. The ones with the internal adapter maybe different.
  6. Was any new electronic devices added to the home or something moved? Something a simply moving my favorite game console or cell phone charger. Could change things.
  7. I thought the Energy Display is battery only. So the only way to use a AC power supply would be to custom patch one in. Since it is normally battery only. It does go to sleep to conserve the batteries.
  8. OH. If the filter was on the Line side into the OutletLinc. Then you actually reduced the power line signals trying to access it. The filter has to be between the output of the OutletLinc and the load itself.
  9. Yes the internal photos of the 2441T {H adds humidity} in the FCC Database shows the triacs in relation to the thermistor used for the temperature sensing.
  10. You maybe the first to test it. Since it is rated to need at least a 25 watt Incandescent Load as it steals power through the load. You maybe the first to try it.
  11. I thought the free Microsoft Excel Viewer was based on 2007 as Microsoft Updates used 2007 SP3 when I updated it. Help says it is Microsoft Excel Viewer 12.0.6658.5400
  12. If your old one was a 2412S PLM it most likely was also supplying the power to the ISY99i. The 2413S does not provide power through the interface cable so you need a external supply along with the 2413S if you chose to get a replacement.
  13. The viewer gives no Macro enable message. The other two do and I say yes and then get the macro errors or file errors. Since it never worked for me and I just thought 97 was too old. This was only a test to see if I could provide any help. I always used the log in text format anyway.
  14. I tried the log with the Excel choice. Excel 97: Compile Error TrailingMinusNumbers:=True Latest Microsoft Excel Viewer: I think it is 2007 version but was put into a 2012 folder in Office. Blank Spreadsheet. Libre Office Calc: Basic runtime error '423' Open text Workbooks.Opentext File Name= "UDReport.txt",

  16. I know there have been threads here on Excel problems. You may want to try some searching and maybe find information. I vaguely remember some Excel versions looking in the wrong default folder for the log files in Excel format.
  17. For a shade of white problem. I would think Smarthome Customer Service should be fine. Insteon Gold Line Support has a different phone number and hours, but deals with Insteon Related Issues. 1-800-762-7845
  18. As a test try the log in plain text format. Some Excel logs don't work correctly. Like for me with a real old Excel version.
  19. I have been using Insteon since 2005. Most times I have had no issues with Smarthome-Smartlabs but sometimes they like to play ostrich; stick their heads in the sand and admit nothing. I know I asked in the Smarthome forums, but I will ask here also. Was it Smarthome Customer Service or Insteon Gold Line Customer Service you have talked to?
  20. I replied to your Smarthome Post but users here may also have found that the new White Paddles don't match anything. This post has some information in it. Smarthome is aware of the odd white paddles and is working on a fix. http://www.smarthome.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=10798 Now will the latest White match a few years old White. Only time and users finding may tell.

The 3:00 AM Query of My Lighting is causing modules to change their present state? I have never seen this myself. Is the query of My Lighting or another Scene?
  22. I didn't do much with it. Tried a few ways to force it to at least be seen by my ISY994i and it didn't. Kind of what I expected from Michel's comments. I was mainly interested in seeing if the temperature could be seen as the units Developers Notes indicated it could. So It is packed up and an RMA is issued. Going back today. My days of early adopter are over.
  23. You could use a power tap on the appliancelinc output and also connect a small 4 watt night light on it. Some have used old wall warts on theirs or a resistor that would also drain the sensing current down.
  24. Most likely the noise spike from the pump motor turning Off. Has confused the modules electronics and it is lost until you cycle the power. I have an old ApplianceLinc I can lock up with one load in my house cycling On and Off.
  25. I bought a Energy Monitor and after playing with it for about a week. Got an RMA to return it on the 30 day I am not happy guarantee.
